About our beverage & dessert vendors

Aviator Brewing Company:

Aviator_web_thumbAviator Brewing Company opened the hangar doors in Nov 2008.  We started brewing beer in an airplane hangar at Triple W airport in Fuquay Varina, NC.  We moved the airplane to one side and put in the boil kettle and mash tun!  We have since moved to a larger 23,000 sq. ft. building in Fuquay Varina.  We have added a hangar to our new building and made it a bar!

Blackjack Brewing Company

BlackjackC_thumbBlackjack is a local craft brewery focused on making excellent small batch beers and serving them in a relaxed, communal environment. It was started by Ed Wenda, a Raleigh native and former dentist, who one day realized he enjoys brewing beer more than drilling on teeth.  Ed also brought in Brooks Hamaker to brew beer.  Brooks has 29 years brewing experience, starting with more than a decade of being the head brewer at Abita Brewing Co.  Brooks has also brewed for Fullsteam and Big Boss breweries.

Double Barley Brewing

DBarrel_logo-finalDouble Barley Brewing began when Cheryl gave Larry a simple homebrew kit for his 40th birthday gift. Six months later, Larry stumbled upon the kit in the attic and you can guess the rest of the story. Who knew it? Larry could brew great beer and Cheryl was pretty good at sampling. Life was about to change forever.

Raleigh Brewing Company

RBC-Logo

Our attached 3,300 sq-ft. homebrew store provides knowledgeable service to our patrons & teaches educational classes on brewing & beer.

White Street Brewing Co.

White-Stree_thumbWhite Street Brewing Co., a unique production brewery, opened its doors in September 2012, as Wake Forest’s first brewery. Built in the 1930s as a Chevrolet car dealership, the building was renovated into a distinctive beer manufacturing facility. We’re so proud of our impressive brewhouse that it’s in full view for all to see. No glass windows or walls to hide it.

Bull City Ciderworks

BCCWBull City Ciders are crafted using single orchard apples from Perry Lowe Orchards, a sixth generation orchard in the foothills of NC. The apples for each cider are pressed, blended and fermented using gluten-free yeast cultures. The finished hard cider contains residual sugar from the apples, not back-sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, for a naturally delicious flavor that’s not overly sweet. We don’t dose sulfur post-fermentation for a gluten-free, sulfite-free hard cider.  We source all other ingredients (tea, hops, honey, etc.) locally whenever possible.

Brothers Vilgalys

BroVBrothers Vilgalys Spirits was started in 2012 to bring Krupnikas, a traditional Lithuanian style of Spice Honey Liqueur, to the American market. Our Krupnikas has a delicious and complex flavor unlike any other spirit or liqueur. It is smooth enough to sip on its own, starting out with sweet honey flavors that build to a warm spicy finish.

Pebble Brook Spirits

PebbleBAfter tasting several different apple pie moonshines, founder and Chief Craftsman Jeff Duncan decided to create his own drink for friends and family by adding more high quality ingredients. They urged him to start his own distillery and produce it for sale. It was only later that he learned that he had several ancestors that were old time moonshiners in Yadkin County, North Carolina. He was happy to continue the tradition paying homage to the past while updating his drinks with gourmet ingredients.

Raleigh Rum Company

RRumBorn out of our love of craft brews and booze, Raleigh Rum Company has become a very welcome addition to North Carolina and is the result of a lot of hard work.  We are among the few craft distilleries in NC and we create our small batch rums from scratch.

The Raleigh Wine Shop

raleighwine_thumbThe Raleigh Wine Shop welcomes both wine novice and connoisseur alike with a bright, inviting atmosphere. We feature hand picked wines for everyday drinking as well as special occasions and collectibles. We focus on wines that convey a sense of where they were made, and demonstrate a passionate and responsible approach to making wine. These are the wines we drink ourselves, and they are the wines that we think consistently deliver for your hard-earned money.

Torch Coffee Roasters

TorchAt Torch we believe that coffee is about people, and as a company we are passionate about empowering those people. Whether it is a cafe owner struggling to make the switch from second wave to third wave, or a coffee farmer struggling to make ends meet, our mission is to partner with entrepreneurs and empower them to succeed.

Treat Ice Cream Scoop Shop

treat2_thumbTreat has partnered with Hillsborough’s Maple View Farm to bring hormone-free and antibiotic-free ice cream and sorbet to downtown Raleigh. Maple View Farm’s grass-fed cows graze on pesticide-free Orange County pastures. Maple View has long been known as the premier ice cream maker in the Triangle region and has also received national recognition as one of the best in the country. We seek to work with other local, regional and statewide favorites as well, including Raleigh’s own Videri Chocolate Factory, Oak City Coffee Roasters and Crank Arm Brewing, Mooresville’s Uncle Scott’s Root Beer and what is arguably the official state soft drink, Cheerwine from Salisbury.

Sweet Peas Urban Gardens
